TRAINING AND INCUBATION

Twenty-Four Seven Communication Centres is committed to the professional development of our employees. We provide comprehensive training programs to equip them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and customer service expertise. Our training includes modules on communication skills, problem-solving, conflict resolution, product knowledge, and handling various contact center technologies. Following training, employees are placed in our incubation program for a duration of two months, where they receive hands-on experience and further refinement of their skills before being deployed to live operations.

INCUBATOR PROGRAM
At Twenty-Four Seven Communication Centres, we believe in investing in the growth and development of our employees. Through our incubator program, new recruits undergo comprehensive training, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the contact center industry. The incubator program spans two months, during which participants receive intensive training and hands-on experience. Upon completion, they are ready to contribute effectively to our operations.
